Growth Charts
There are no official, EvC-specific growth charts available. I have been collecting data from parents in the support group to make up charts for kids with EvC. I don't have very much information yet, but this is what I have come up with so far. My hope is that over the years I will collect enough data to produce proper growth charts with centiles for people to be able to refer to as their child grows. For obvious reasons it is not realistic to use standard growth charts for children with EvC. Similarly, using the charts available for other types of dwarfism, e.g. achondroplasia, is not appropriate for children with EvC as they tend to be slightly taller on average, and lighter built.
I would be very grateful for any more data you are prepared to email me. As you can see from these charts, all data that is made public is kept anonymous. If you need actual figures, please contact me, but any information I send you will also be anonymous.
